Gros brings leopard, fresh environmental perspective to Freed Center

Peter Gros of "Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom" greeted children last weekend for a fun evening with animals. His performance also highlighted the significance of nature conservation.

On Monday, senior Devon Price posted a 40-yard dash time of 4.45 seconds at Bowling Green State University’s pro day, a time that would have tied for the 5th-fastest amongst receivers at the NFL Combine.

Senior Nicole Glaza combines love for music, literature in special lecture recital

Senior music and literature student Nicole Glaza combined her passion for literature and music in a unique lecture recital on March 12. This recital completed her major requirements for her senior capstone project.

Since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, American veterans have had a negative perception attached to them once they return home called the Broken Veteran Perception. The Broken Veteran Perception implies veterans who once did great things are not whole when they return home because they are suffering from life changing injuries, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), homelessness, alcoholism and/or broken homes.

Devon Price has a chip on his shoulder. He is not necessarily angry; rather, he is motivated. After he tore his ACL last spring, many did not think Price would be healthy enough to play his senior season, let alone compete for a spot on an NFL roster afterwards.
