Ohio Northern University's Department of Music presents its final music concert on May 2 at 7:30 p.m. inside the Freed Center for the Performing Arts. 

Composer's Workshop was a success for student composers

ONU Jazz Band remembers the past, cherishes the present in spring concert

Ohio Northern University’s Department of Music presents the ONU Jazz Band’s spring concert this evening, April 30, at 7:30 p.m. inside the Freed Center for the Performing Arts.

Under the direction of David Sycks, the band will take audience members down a memory lane as it explores “ONU Jazz Through the Years.” The band will play a repertoire from the first days of ONU jazz in the 1960s and continue until the present day, including works by Duke Ellington, Stan Keaton, Count Basie and Chick Corea.
