The ONU football team left their game against Baldwin-Wallace on Saturday having played one of the greatest games in school history. This is a first-hand account, as seen from the press box at George Finnie Stadium in Berea, Ohio.

New additions to ONU athletics

The ONU athletics department is getting some new faces this year in the form of new assistant coaches. The addition of some new coaching to the staff should have a good opportunity to give their teams a leg up on the competition.

Another week is in the books for the fall athletes of Ohio Northern University, and one Polar bear stood out among the crowd. Senior women’s cross-country runner, Samantha Hoffman, has earned herself the title of this week’s Northern Review “Athlete of the Week”.

Yes, indeed volleyball, a game that showcases how geometry and physics can be utilized in a sport which can dissolve from a well-organized operation, into a display of hysterical chaos. From elementary school gym classes to the OAC, volleyball resonates throughout all ages a feeling of competitiveness, fast paced action and the thrill of smacking a ball like it owed you money.
